PR Dump ("we," "us," or "our") is an online marketplace that allows individuals to list and sell influencer PR (public relations gift) products. We connect sellers with buyers in a community built around sustainable shopping.

You must be at least 18 years old to use PR Dump. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

As a seller, you agree to:

• Only list items you own or have legal authority to sell.
• Accurately describe the condition, brand, and details of each item.
• Ship items within a reasonable timeframe after a sale is confirmed.
• Not list counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items.
• Honor agreed prices and not cancel transactions without cause.

If you are listing on behalf of an influencer (e.g., as their friend or family member), you confirm you have their explicit permission to do so.

As a buyer, you agree to:

• Pay promptly upon completing a purchase.
• Communicate respectfully with sellers.
• Not abuse the offer or messaging system.

PR Dump charges a 20% platform fee on every completed sale. This fee is deducted from the seller's payout. The buyer pays the listed price in full. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.

You may not list or sell: counterfeit goods, stolen property, hazardous materials, adult content, items that violate third-party intellectual property rights, or any items prohibited by applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller, PR Dump may, at its discretion, assist in mediating the issue. However, PR Dump is not liable for individual transaction outcomes and does not guarantee refunds or resolutions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or otherwise harms the PR Dump community — without prior notice.

PR Dump is a marketplace platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of listed items. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the platform fees collected in connection with the disputed transaction.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
